Vitamins = sex?!?

I don't eat vegetables (unless you count corn). I don't eat much fruit (unless it's in a smoothie). I have ALWAYS been that way and probably always will be (Eric says he's going to force-feed me veggies when I get pregnant... ha). I am a healthy person, meaning my last physical got a great report at the doctors office. Either I'm a ticking time bomb or just a medical anomaly. I don't really care.

I have recently started taking vitamins. I was sick with some allergies/head cold about a month ago so I found these vitamins my mom had given me and downed a couple of them. I kept it up because they really did make me feel better. I can't really explain how I felt better, but I just did. Healthier, maybe? More energy? I don't know. In addition to those benefits, there has been another side affect I did not expect.

Backing up a few years, my ... er... libido.... has been low for forever, practically. When I met Eric that was his chief complaint. I always said it was his fault for dating those teenage girls who are faking their interest in sex 24/7 just to please you, and argued that a REAL woman isn't like that. But then I'd be confused because some of my best friends (my age) were like sex animals and I'd hear their stories and wonder... what is wrong with ME? It was a struggle for a while, but Eric and I got into a good routine. We'd have a few arguments about the topic every once and a while... once we even saw a sex-therapist, which helped a lot. I'd read books like "The Sexually Confident Wife" and that would help. But still, there was no denying my sex-drive was lower than "average" (whatever "average" is).

Getting back on track... ever since taking these vitamins I've noticed an increased libido. Is that just me or is it the vitamins for real? It's amazing. Maybe that was my problem all along. I never related vitamin deficiency to libido, but hey, it's working for me.

Has this happened to anyone else?? Am I just imagining things? I'd like to know! Sorry if this was a little TMI (hi mom!), but I figured most of my readers (if not all) are girls, and why can't I talk about sex? I'm an honest person, and I've grown to learn that sex isn't something to be ashamed about. I'm a married woman, I have sex. SHOCKER I know! ;)

So seriously, what is your take on it? I'd be interseted to hear what others have to say.

On that note... happy weekend everyone! :) TGIF!!

Writer's Workshop: Tattoo

Well, I THOUGHT I would be at an HR conference all day today. But, I'm apparently more blonde than I care to admit. I showed up to the hotel this morning and they said that conference was YESTERDAY. omg. I got back to the office and sure enough, the email confirmation said Wednesday the 28th. I had it written in my calendar as Thursday the 29th since last week. What is wrong with me?!? (now I'm trying to get a refund and dreading telling my supervisor when she returns next week... she'll probably just laugh, but I'll still feel stupid!)

So, since I'm here, I'm doing Writer's Workshop!!

I chose the prompt: The world is going to come to an end unless you get a tattoo that covers your entire back. Describe the tattoo you’ll get.

Now, understand, this is only if the world was TRULY going to end. I have no desire at all to get another tattoo, much less a FULL BACK tattoo! But here goes...

It would have to be pretty:

Or angelic:

Or symbolic:

That is Leona Lewis' tatoo, and I realize it doesn't cover her entire back, but I do like the concept. Hers is a poem/quote about horses: "Their beauty captures every eye/ A gift from God for all mankind/ They lend us wings so we may fly/ To ride a horse is to ride the sky.” I would probably chose one of my favorite quotes, which would be difficult, because I have several. Or I'd choose my favorite Bible verse.

I guess I'll hold off on that decision until I am sure the world is coming to an end!

Head over to Mama Kat's and play along! :)

Out-Of-Office Assistant

This week is going by so fast! I can't believe tomorrow is Thursday already. I wasn't going to do a blog entry today because I don't have much to say, but then I remembered I won't be able to tomorrow either. I'll be an at HR conference all day (SUPER FUN!! ha.) learning about a bunch of stuff that I do partially in my position. Woohoo?!? Since I'll have to set my email to an out of the office auto reply, I thought I might do something creative. Haha - actually, I came across this article yesterday and it cracked me up!

Check out some of these funny out of the office auto replies!

"I am currently out at a job interview and will reply to you if I fail to get the position. I may be a little moody so be prepared."

"You are receiving this automatic notification because I am out of the office. If I was in, chances are you wouldn’t have received anything at all."

"Sorry to have missed you, but I am at the doctor’s having my brain removed so I can be promoted to our management team."

"I will be unable to delete all the unread, worthless emails you send me until I return from vacation on 4/18. Please be patient, and your mail will be deleted in the order it was received."

"Thank you for your email. Your credit card has been charged $5.99 for the first 10 words and $1.99 for each additional word in your message."

"The e-mail server is unable to verify your server connection and is unable to deliver this message. Please restart your computer and try sending again."
(The beauty of this is that when you return, you can see how many in-duh-viduals did this over and over.)

"Thank you for your message, which has been added to a queuing system."

"You are currently in 352nd place, and can expect to receive a reply in approximately 19 weeks."

"Hi, I’m thinking about what you’ve just sent me. Please wait by your PC for my response."

"I’ve run away to join a different circus."

"I will be out of the office for the next 2 weeks for medical reasons. When I return, please refer to me as ” Sharon ” instead of “Steve”."

How HILAROUS would one of these be? I'm preeeeety sure I'd get in trouble with something like this so I'll just stick to my standard, boring message for tomorrow. :)

Have a great one!

Top 2 Tuesday: Favorite things about summer!

Today's "Top 2 Tuesday" is choosing your favorite two things about summer. That is oh so easy!

I love July most out of all the summer months because I love Independence Day on the 4th, my birthday on the 11th, and my nephews birthday on the 15th! It's SUCH a great month!

This was us last July

#2) Beaching, boating and baking!

One of the best things about summer is that we live in Florida and less than 10 minutes away from the beach. Also last summer we discovered we can take a 3 hour saftey class at the recreation center on base and rent one of their boats for the day!! All of this is done while baking in the sun and getting TAN! :) Gotta love Florida!

This is making me so anxious for summer! We're already getting into the 90's this weekend... so it's right around the corner, that's for sure!

Miscellaneous Monday

It's Monday once again! For once I'm not dreading it and feel good about this week. I got up and went running this morning after a sort of "break" last week (only ran once, worked out twice). I'm back on and motivated again - especially since my countdown shows only 39 days until our cruise! :) WOOHOO!

This weekend was fun and pretty relaxing, although busy at the same time. Eric has been in an Equivalency of Training class (for his military police experience to transfer to the civilian side) since last Monday that goes 10 days straight and ends tomorrow, so he was in class all weekend - most nights until 10PM. I had a lot of time on my hands! So Saturday morning I got up and had an hour deep tissue massage - heavenly. Then I took Layla to puppy school at noon - she did really well and is learning a lot! After I got home I went with Callie to get a manicure and pedicure, which was fun! Then she and her husband Rams and I laid out at the pool for about an hour. I came back, cleaned up the house, made cookies for Eric, and got ready to go out to see a movie and dinner with some other girls. We saw "The Backup Plan" which was very cute. If you didn't have baby fever before watching that you certainly should after! Haha. We went to The Pizza Gallery for dinner which is always sooo good.

Sunday Eric didn't have to be at class until 1PM so we slept in and went out to lunch at Great Wraps. I took Layla and Amira to the dog park which they loved. Layla is so cute and loves playing with other dogs! I came home, watched some TV then left to get Eric's car cleaned and to get Layla her shots. I spent the rest of the day putting laundry away, cleaning up a little bit, and waiting for Eric to get home. He was supposed to be home at 6PM but they changed it till 9PM, so I made myself some salmon and wild rice for dinner. YUM! I have some leftovers for lunch today too! I swear I could live on that stuff.

This week at work is a mixture of easy and busy. My supervisor is on vacation in Hawaii which makes my schedule a little easier, but she left me with a lot of responsibility for some important things I have to take care of while she is gone. Should be an interesting week!

Have a great Monday!

It's my girl's birthday!

Yesterday was my baby girls 2nd birthday! :)

I love her and can't believe she's 2 years old already! (haha)

Writer's Workshop: What is the joy in your present moment?

This week I picked the prompt "What is the joy in your present moment?" for Writer's Workshop!

Let me say, there is no big, major thing I'm happy about. But for me, the best way to find joy is in the little things. These would include:

*Hubby kisses*
*Puppy kisses*
*Clean kitchen sink*
*A nice, long run*
*Good friends*
*Getting paid today*
*Watching my favorite TV shows uninterrupted*
*Good hair days*
*Getting a bonus next paycheck*
*God's love and faithfulness*
*Knowing I'm getting a massage this weekend*
*Getting some time to myself this weekend*
*The fact that I have so many things on this list!*

Go ahead and play along! Head over to Mama Kat's and pick a prompt!

Taco squares

Ok so last night I made a new Weight Watchers recipe I found online called Taco Squares. At first I thought some of the ingredients sounded wierd,(tomato sauce in a taco recipe??) but I figured I'd try it. I switched a few things up (refried beans instead of kidney beans) but ... OMG. It was SO GOOD. I'm so bummed I forgot the leftovers at home and I have a lunch meeting so I can't go home for lunch today!! (I know it's good when I'm excited about leftovers). The cool thing about it is, you can eat just the meat stuff with nachos, or you can put it on the crescent rolls like the recipe calls for. Yummm yumm yum.

Ok enough already, here's the recipe! See my "notes" in red.

Taco Squares

6 Points - Serves 6 (2 squares each)

1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Rolls (I used the reduced fat ones and they tasted great)
8 ounces ground 90% lean beef or turkey (I always buy 97% lean beef)
3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper (I didn't include this)
1/2 cup chopped onion (I used onion powder)
1 3/4 cups Hunts Tomato Sauce (15 ounce can) (I used Prego and only put in 1 1/2 cups)
6 ounces red kidney beans, drained and slightly mashed (8 ounce can) (Fat free refried beans were better!)
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
3/4 cup shredded Kraft Reduced Fat Taco or Cheddar Cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large skillet sprayed with olive-flavored cooking spray, saute meat, green pepper and onion until meat is browned and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce, kidney beans and Taco seasoning. Lower heat and simmer until heated through.

Meanwhile, pat crescent rolls in a 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet sprayed with olive-flavored cooking spray, being sure to seal perforations. (ok seriously, this was almost impossible. I couldn't seem to roll out the crescent rolls without them breaking apart. but if you at least get them in the pan you can smoosh the pieces together and it works just fine.) Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Spread hot meat mixture over lightly browned crust. Continue baking an additional 10 minutes. (I didn't bake this long because my rolls were getting brown) Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts. (my cheese was melting as soon as I put it on top, so I only stuck it back in the oven for a minute or so) Let set 2 or 3 minutes before serving. Cut into 12 pieces.

Top 2 Tuesday

I'm participating in The Undomestic Momma's "Top 2 Tuesday" for the first time! :) Today it's is your favorite two things that are under $15.

#1) Target jewelry and accessories - I love Target jewelry!! It's inexpensive but always sooo cute and stylish. I love long necklaces, earrings, and hair things.

#2) Sonic Diet Coke with Vanilla - heavenly! It's only $2 for a large and it lasts me all day. Diet coke in general borderlines on addiction for me (like Starbucks for some), but at least it's diet and has zero calories, right?! ;)

Head over to The Undomestic Momma's and play along! :) Happy Tuesday!

It's finally Friday! I'm meeting Eric for lunch today then we're going to Staples to pick out a new office chair for me at work. Can't wait!

Last night I had a GREAT run! I decided to cross the street in front of our apartment complex and run on the main road sidewalk to switch it up. It was a GOOD idea. I ran over 3 miles and it was easy! I'll have to try that again! It was sooo funny because in the last minute or so I was getting so tired, so I was thinking it would be nice to have my 'power song' be a trainer or something encouraging me to keep going and finish, etc. Well as I finished and after the Nike + gave me the stats from my run, on comes a little message from TIGER WOODS saying "Great workout! You just burned some serious calories!" or something like that. Hahah!! I about died. I'm sure Nike had Tiger do all of those recordings way before all this scandal broke out! Cracked me up!

BTW, this picture above I took right before my run. I bought this tank top at Wal-Mart yesterday. It's from Miley Cyrus and I've learned something about buying clothes from a teenager... you have to buy an XL when you normally would wear a Medium! Darn teenagers!

In other random funny news, I was in one of our satellite offices yesterday helping stuff bags for a distribution they are doing. I was in the bathroom fixing my hair in front of the mirror and this lady was standing next to me. Then, just randomly, she said to me "You know, before I leave the house in the morning, I have to check myself in the mirror to make sure I put my pants on." wtf??? lol! I was like "haha, okk?" No idea where that  came from!

I'm going to play along with Kelly's "Friday Funny" as soon as she puts the links up! :) This is the first time I've joined up, but I couldn't pass up these funny things that happened to me this week. (usually that kind of stuff never happens).

Play along if you'd like!

Happy Thursday :)

Well I'm not going to do Writer's Workshop this week because there aren't any prompts I want to write about. Bummer!

The President is here in Melbourne today (along with the Secretary of the Air Force and some other important dudes) at Cape Canaveral so my hubby is on some riot squad duty and will be working late. I'm going to pick up this steam carpet cleaner we've been wanting to buy for a while tonight on my way home. Our poor carpets get SO nasty because of our dogs and all the people we have over on weekends. It'll be so nice to have and be able to use for a long time!

Here is our menu for the next two days. The meatball sandwich recipe is a new one on so I can't wait to try it out!

Baked Beef Ziti (one of my favvvves)
Points value 5

12 oz uncooked ziti
2 tsp olive oil
2 medium garlic clove(s), minced
1/3 pound(s) raw lean ground beef
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp table salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
1 cup(s) part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and sauté 2 minutes. Add beef and cook until browned, breaking up meat with a spoon as it cooks, about 3 to 5 minutes; drain off any fat and set pan back over medium heat.

Add oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper; stir to coat beef. Cook until herbs become fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Spoon a small amount of beef-tomato mixture into bottom of a 4-quart casserole dish (just enough to cover surface); top with half of cooked ziti. Next, layer with half of remaining beef-tomato sauce and half of mozzarella cheese. Layer with remaining ziti and then top with remaining beef-tomato sauce; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is golden and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Slice into 8 pieces and serve. Yields 1 piece per serving.

And for Friday night it's:

Super Meatball Subs
Points value 7

1 pound(s) lean ground turkey
1/2 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs, Italian-flavor
1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese, such as Parmigiano-Reggiano
1 large egg(s)
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp kosher salt
24 oz canned tomato sauce
20 oz Italian bread, about two 10-inch loaves
1/2 cup(s) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place oven racks in top 1/3 of oven. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or foil that’s been coated with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, cheese, egg, Italian seasoning and salt. Using a tablespoon to scoop out turkey mixture, gently shape a tablespoon of mixture into a small meatball and place on a prepared baking sheet; repeat with remaining ingredients to make 32 meatballs. Bake, shaking pans every 5 minutes to promote even browning, about 10 to 15 minutes.

While meatballs are cooking, slice each loaf of bread into four equal pieces.

When meatballs are done, remove from baking sheets. Place bread on same baking sheets; top each piece with 4 meatballs. Spoon about 3 tablespoons sauce over meatballs in each sandwich; top each with 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and sandwiches are heated through, about 5 to 7 minutes. Yields 1 sandwich per serving.

Notes: Scoop out some bread to create better space for the meatballs so they do not fall out of the sandwich when you bite it.

Top with fresh basil if desired.
Sounds yummy! :) Happy day-before-Friday everyone!

Finally, for the first time in over a week, I can say yesterday was a good day! :) I got up at 6AM and went to the gym to do weights and stuff, and I felt it this morning when I went running. Ugh. I need to do more strength training! Since I stopped working out with my trainer I've been slacking in that department and have been focused on running. These sore muscles prove it! Most days I can't sleep past 6 or 6:30 anyway, so I might as well get up and do something.

The biggest surprise of yesterday was... I got flowers from my hunny at work! He totally surprised me!

Here is the note that he sent:

*awwwww* He's totally the best!

Also yesterday I called the vet because, for the third time, Layla has diarrhea again. They aren't sure what is wrong, but this time instead of just antibiotics they are gave us some anti-parasitic in case they missed them in the tests they ran (twice). I sure hope this fixes the problem! If not, they said we're going to have to rule everything out one at a time and switch her to sensitive stomach food. What a high-maintenance dog she is turning out to be! Haha.

Last night Eric and I went grocery shopping. I'll have to share my menu tomorrow because I don't remember everything right now. But I'm trying out some new recipes I found on and! Yum yum!

After all of that, we watched a new cop show called "Justified" which was pretty good, and then the season premier of Amy Wives. YAY! I'm so glad it's back on!

Happy hump day everyone!

Why is it so hard to say "I'm sorry" and "You were right"?

Why is pride so hard to swallow?

Why is it so hard to share how we're really feeling?

Why can't I remember that in the end I always feel like an idiot for taking so long to apologize?

Why does listening to Norah Jones always sound like the best option after a rough night?

Why are the people we love the most the easiest to hurt?

Thank God the people who love us the most are also the most willing to forgive.

The swing of things

As always, the weekend came and went too quickly. It always seems to go faster and is less relaxing when we travel (like to Tampa or Orlando). Driving several hours and packing/unpacking ourselves and two dogs isn't exactly relaxing. But it's always good to see family - we saw Eric's family in Orlando this weekend.

I saw the doctor on Friday for my throat and she said it was allergies. I've NEVER had allergies before in my life. It has been so bad around here car is covered in yellow dust every day. I guess I finally reached my "threshold" of tolerance. My throat still hurts a little bit, but I am feeling better. I started taking vitamins last night which helped.

I've been super irritable latley. I'm sure it has to do with not feeling good for a week, but I really just don't feel like myself. I haven't gone running since last Monday, which I hope to fix tonight, even though it's gonna be tough to get back into the swing of things.

I'm going to make an "irritated" list. If you don't want to, don't read it. But I'm typing it.

I am irritated at Layla who is getting big and strong and too playful for her own good. I'm irritated at my husband for spending money on a fan that moves even though he already has one that doesn't move. I'm irritated that we haven't gotten the $700 back from the thief in Georgia yet. I'm irritated that I've been so tired latley. I'm irritated that I still don't have any of My Documents at work. I'm irritated that I don't feel "lovey dovey" towards my husband and that I feel like a bad wife. I'm irritated that I always have to remember everything, know where everything is, and pick up after everyone. I'm irritated that I apparently forgot Layla's antibiotics in Orlando. I'm irritated that Eric never remembers to give Layla her antibiotics. I'm irritated that the dog lady called the Brevard County animal people and we got a "courtsey notice" of our two dogs being "at large". I'm irritated that I don't know what I'm making for dinner tonight, I still need to go grocery shopping for the next two weeks, and I have no menu made. I'm irritated that the older I get the worse I feel after drinking and that makes me remember I'm getting older. I'm irritated that Mark Zuckerberg is my age and made $3 billion last year.

I'm irritated that I'm irritated with all of these stupid things.

I need to eat some of these ...

With some of this ...

Here. By myself.

Then I promise I won't be irritated anymore.

Friday, April 9, 2010

What a week it has been. If you have been following the neighbor drama, thank God it appears to be over. We had a meeting with her and the apartment manager Lauren on Wednesday night. It was pretty much a waste of time. I won't re-hash everything, but bascially the monster's daughter (who is about my age) did all the talking which I didn't appreciate because hearing "we're going to do our best to avoid each other" coming from her is fine, but her MOM is the one we had the issues with. ANYWAY. Long story shortened, she's still stupid and immature, but we haven't seen her since. THAT'S ALL I WANTED TO BEGIN WITH. Geesh.

Yesterday Amira woke up with a very noticeable limp so I took her to the vet and she got an x-ray. Turns out nothing showed up on the x-ray, so they sent her home with doggy asprin and said to "take it easy". Keeping her and 4-month old Layla apart is not easy, but hopefully Layla will learn to not play so rough. (right now Amira is on my lap while Layla runs around like a crazy person with my Crocs in her mouth)

I started losing my voice on Tuesday and it just hasn't gotten better. My throat didn't start hurting until today so I finally made an appointment. I sound like a 40-year old smoker. Horrible.

The good news is, I'm only 5 followers away from doing my inaugural giveaway!! I've been thinking about a few things... let me know which one you guys like best!

#1) I have a lot of people who follow me that have dogs, so I was thinking about doing a little doggy goodie basket with treats and toys and stuff. It won't apply to everyone, but it might be fun.

#2) A Yankee Candle giveaway with a yummy seasonal candle!

#3) A Victoria's Secret giveaway!!! Ohh la la.

So what do you think? If you have any ideas let me know! I can't WAIT!

Happy Friday!

Writer's Workshop: Baby Fever!

I am so excited for the prompt this week on Writer's Workshop! I totally agree that "baby fever" is in the air and I'm trying to squash it for the time being. :)

Baby fever is in the air. Describe what you would do differently as a first time mom.

Well, I couldn't do anything differently because I haven't been a mom yet. But I'm going to just talk all about what I will do when I AM a first-time mom! :) My hubby and I decided before we got married that we wanted to wait atleast two years before we had kids (two years will be this June). I believe in spending time as a couple first so you can have your relationship "established" a little bit before adding a new person in the mix.

We also decided to wait until he got out of the military, because of deployments, etc. He is planning to get out this October, when we will hopefully move to Orlando (ish), and he will get a job at Orlando Police Dept. Then once ALL of that is good to go, THEN we will start trying to have a kiddo!

Yesterday I looked up a bunch of super cute baby decor stuff. I am dying to have a girl. My husband wants a boy. I am willing to have twins to satisfy us both. :)

Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice

I mean c'mon, who wouldn't want one of these?!?

Here are some girl decorations I love. Do these not just melt your heart and make you want a little girl, like, tomorrow?

My all-time favorite girl name (right now) is Madison. Eric doesn't really like it (says it makes him think of Wisconsin) but I just can't get over it. I also like Emma. I don't have a very long list, because I'm kinda picky and refuse to pick a name that reminds me of someone or something every time I hear it. For example, I would never name my daughter Bethany. I apologize to all the Bethany's out there, but I just have several people with that name that I just don't get along with. Overall, it's SO much easier for me to pick out girly things than little boy things. Of course I have two nephews, but serioussssly, girl things are just soo much cuter! ;)

Frogs, Snails and Puppy Dog Tails

Now, if we have a BOY first...

... I suppose I would be ok with that. *wink* I know Eric would be sooo excited, and he is going to be such a good dad regardless of what we have!

Decorations are a little bit more challenging for me in this department, but I managed to find some I liked!

(disclaimer on this next picture: I would never put zebra stuff in a little boys room. But I just like the green and the quote on the wall.)

I honestly don't have a boy name I just love. I do have a few I like, such as Dylan and Jaden. The funny thing is, Eric and I NEVER have agreed on a name so far, I don't think. It is going to take us the whole 9 months just to agree, I am sure.

Of course these are just the *superficial* things I am most excited about (well and baby clothes... but that could take up this entire post in itself!) but seriously, I think being a mom will be the hardest thing I've ever done and the most rewarding. I am not excited about being fat and pregnant, nor giving birth and all that, but as they say... it's all worth it in the end. Having a new puppy has been very "telling" on how Eric and my personalities will come through in discipline and such. He very much has a "cop" personality and I am the one who can't stand to see anything or anyone hurting. I do hope to find the perfect balance when we have an actual human being to care for. I don't know much about the details, but I know we'll figure it out along the way and I'm excited!

Head on over to Mama Kat's to play along and write about whatever prompt suits you!

Mama's Losin' It

Say a little prayer...

UPDATE: They did an x-ray (even though the vet said she wasn't limping at all for her) and found nothing, which is good news. :) Probably just a sprain or bruise. I got some doggy asprin and she should be fine. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers for my girl! :)

This morning when I let Amira out she was limping and wouldn't put any weight on her front left foot. I have no idea what happened, other than last night she was playing with Layla and I heard Amira hit something, but I thought it was her head. I held her for a while, and she was fine as far as I could tell.

She's at the vet now getting an x-ray at some point... please say a little prayer that she will be ok! :( I'm so worried about her tiny little self!
